The Senior L&D Executive is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves assessing training needs, creating training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.

· STPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Certification in training and development (e.g., TTT) is a plus.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Creative and innovative approach to training and development.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· A matured team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity.

· Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

· Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
