RESPONSIBILITIESTo identify and qualify sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.To work with Technology and Consulting teams to develop the right solution for the client.To establish a network of partners.To take the lead in the formation of a proposal management team and pricing strategy.To participate in the negotiation of contractual terms and conditions.To work with the solutions/operations/implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.To plan, develop and execute sales plans for assigned division.Other assignment that may be assigned from time to time.Prepare quotation, proposals and presentation for prospects and recurring customers.Ensure healthy monthly number of opportunities.Report directly to Sales Director and provide quarterly sales reports for review.
REQUIREMENTSAt least 3 years of experience in areas for sales and customer relations.Positive and driven, a team player with strong initiative and a passion for challenges.Resourceful with great interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills with good presentation skills.Able to adapt to fast paced working environment as well as work independently.Knowledgeable in the field of HRM Solutions for SMEs and Enterprise.
